Ein Anwohner aus der Region Pritzwalk berichtet: Tiefflieger – Jets am 7.7. um 10.00 Uhr u. 10.14 Uhr über Dahlhausen, sowie Frachtmaschinen über Pritzwalk, beobachtet am 10.7. gegen 12.00 Uhr.
A local resident reports: low flying fighter jets scramble above the village of Dahlhausen of Pritzwalk, on July 7th at 10:00 and 10:14 hours CEDST, blanketing the area with heavy military noise.
In addition, large military transport aircraft were seen and heard above the city of Pritzwalk, at July 10th at around noon.
Both, Pritzwalk and Dahlhausen, are gateway towns close to the popular holiday region of the Mecklenburg Lakes, internationally renowned for their natural beauty, with parts of it being a UNESCO World Natural Heritage site. Ever since Fall 2013, the area has been targeted by the german military as a newly established „noise sink“.
